Observation

During the complaint inspection, staff files/MERIT accounts were reviewed, which identified the following to be out of compliance: - Staff member PM has not completed their CCB training and they have been eomployed for longer than 3 months. - Staff member TL has not completed their BBP training, safe sleep, or food handler training. - Staff member CF has not completed their BBP training.
