1a) Licensor observed three laundry detergents on the floor accessible to children, diclofenac sodium topical gel in living room, 7 cans of paint in hallway closet, and clean smart daily cleaner on outdoor deck accessible to children all labeled keep out of reach of children. 2ab) Closet in hallway with no door and hazards inside were accessible to children, bathroom in hallway and bedroom doors in hallway were unlocked and accessible to children.
