2)d) There are plastic garbage bags stored in an unsecured cabinet in the kitchen, which is accessible to children near classrooms 1, 2, and 3. 3)a) One of the metal fence posts by the double gate on the large playground (in front of the building) has a couple cracks in the metal. The cracks are sharp and a child could pinch or cut a finger on them.
