The edges of the wire mesh fencing are sharp. 3)e) There is weed barrier material coming up in the area with the shredded rubber mulch, presenting a tripping hazard. 5)a) There is an electrical outlet accessible to children in the living room that is not tamper resistant. 5)b) There are three GFCI outlets that are in licensed space, accessible to children, that are not tamper resistant. One is in the bathroom and the other two are near the sliding glass door and barstools.
