1)c)ii) Instructions on a food allergy care plan for a child in the young toddler room do not match the instructions on the health care provider's written plan. There are two medications and it is not clear on the food allergy care plan when the second medication needs to be given in case of a severe reaction. This could result in staff dispensing the medication incorrectly in an emergency.
