At Site visit, licensor observed an expired EPI pen without original packaging. At Site visit, licensor observed no individual care plan for the EPI pen. No directions to explain what the treatment plan; medication to be administered, how to administer, when to administer, what are the allergic reactions and symptoms associated with child’s allergies.
