Monitored visit, licensor observed PBC for staff member in MERIT shows, "withdrawn". Licensor emailed MERIT team. Provider and staff member received email on how to schedule fingerprinting. This serious violation needs to be completed in 5 days. Provider marked this violation completed on 04/25/2023. As of today, 05/02/2023, PBC for staff shows, "withdrawn".
