Observation

110-300-0165(2)(b)- window near the entrance and at the end of kids area have blinds with inner cords. 110-300-0165(2)(c)- there was a cord in white cabinet and cord outside that was accessible to children. 110-300-0165(4)(e)- water temperature in restroom was 141 fahrenheit. 110-300-0165(3)(f)- gate around chimney is not secured and could be tipped over.
