Observation

1)a)b)c) One child file states there is a food allergy but does not identify the food the child is allergic to. There is no individual care plan on file to provide a treatment plan for staff to follow in case of allergic reaction. 1) Another child with an identified food allergy does not have written instructions from the health care provider on file. There is a health plan that is signed by the parents and staff, but the health care provider has not signed the plan. 2) An emergency medication for a child's food allergy has recently expired.
