(1)(a)(b) The lock on the cabinet near the desk in portable 7 is not operating properly. This cabinet is where bleach, dish soap, and spray bottles of soapy water and bleach water are stored, so these items are accessible to children. (2) The vacuum cleaner is in the same cabinet and, because the lock is not operating properly, the vacuum cleaner is also accessible to children.
