The licensee made this room inaccessible while licensor was on the site visit. 110-300-0165(3)(f) Licensee has one large wood cubbies that need to anchor to the wall due to posing a risk of tipping in the dining area. 110-300-0165(3)(g) Licensee has a large wood climber that has chipping wood and paint accessible.
