0165(2)(b) There were 3 blinds with pull cords too loose and can form a loop down in the living room. 0165(2)(c) There was a phone cord at the kitchen counter not secured leaving cords accessible during monitor visit. The phone cord was removed during the monitor visit. 0165(2)(d) There were some plastic bags on top of the hot tub outside area. The plastic was removed during the monitor visit. 0165(3)(f) There was a wood holding an air conditioner up that maybe a falling object item. 0165(5)(a) There were some outlets in the kitchen, dining room, and the living room that were not tamper-resistant. 0165(5)(b) There was an outlet in the kitchen near the sink that is not GFCI and TA outlet type.
