0165(2)(c) There were some cords next to the TV and sofa area not secured leaving cords accessible during monitor visit. 0165(3)(a) Ther was some sharp, points objects wire accessible outside in the back yard. 0165(3)(e) There was a water hose outdoor back yard posing tripping hazard. The water hose was removed during the monitor visit. 0165(5)(a) There was an outlet in the living room not TA outlet type. 0165(5)(b) There was an outlet in the kitchen near the sink that is not GFCI and TA outlet type.
