0100(10) Volunteer, Hana Sargent, does not have a background check and TB tests. Volunteers Hana Sargent and Yanquin Rio don't have CCB training, CPR/1st Aid, BBP training. Volunteers have not signed that they received program based staff policies and trainings. Yiyi Anderson missing TB test result and proof of immunization. Volunteer Hana Sargent is 15 years old and does not have a permission from the parent to volunteer.
