0325 (1) Preschool staff used words "Get in line" "These kids are crazy" "GoMallaun Wright and Hope Perfect sit down" "NO" "I told you to stop it" without offering redirection, positive language, or having a conversation with the children. Children were not being heard or validated about feelings. Staff were not listening to childrens wants or needs.
