Observation

Two preschool children in downstairs preschool 2 classroom wondered out of toileting area where staff was changing diapers. Children climbed up on tables and jumped off as well as on bookshelf’s. Children were not aided to or assisted, as staff were pre-occupied. Third staff Amber Steele was brought down to help by Licensor DCYF staff.
