0356 (5): School age classroom had preschool and school age children with 27 children. MAX group size for preschool is 20 children. Center was mixing preschool and school aged children in school aged classroom. 0356 (4): School age classroom has 9 children with one staff, Mitchell Hogan. Mitchell does not have BASIC STARS or high school diploma submitted into MERIT.
