Observation

Licensor observed a ziplog bag with small nails and other materials on the table accessible to children. Licensor observed a large white plastic bag on top of a chair accessible to children in licensed space. Provider stated it was placed there to keep cat from getting on the chair. Licensor observed water temperature at 138 degrees Fahrenheit.
