0165 (2)(c) Center had cords next to the water dispenser not secured to the wall. 0165 (2)(d) Center had some plastic Ziplock bags with art supplies in the top counter drawers. 0165 (3)(f) Center had some cabinets that need to be anchored securely. 0165 (5)(d) Center had some electricals cords that need to be surge protectors.
