1)c) Emergency preparedness plan does not include information about what the licensee would do if there were an emergency and the children may be left unsupervised. 2)a)i) The emergency preparedness plan does not include a floor plan with names of rooms, emergency exits, and emergency exit pathways. 2)b)i)ii)iii) The emergency preparedness plan does not include earthquake procedures including what the provider will do during an earthquake, how the provider will account for all children, and how the provider will coordinate with local and state officials to determine if the licensed space is safe after the earthquake. 2)c)ii) The lockdown procedures need update as there is no longer a garage and it is likely the plans for where the children will safely stay is in a new location, since there has been modifications to the licensed space. 4)a)b)c)d) There is no safety drill record available for 2024 to verify that fire drills, earthquake, lockdown, and shelter-in-place drills have been completed as required.
