0260(1,a): licensor observed a child's diapering cream labeled keep out of reach in the preschool bathroom and in a drawer that has no lock both accessible to the children. licensor observed cleaning products in the kitchen underneath the sink without a lock, the door to the kitchen area has no means of locking and preventing children from accessing the area. licensor observed paint stored near the sink area in the kitchen with no means of preventing children from accessing the kitchen area. licensor observed an isomalt for ice melting opened and in the kitchen behind the door.
