0165(2,c): licensor observed a cord in the second drawer in the preschool room. 0165 (2,d): licensor observed plastic bags accessible in the following areas: preschool area hanging in a child's cubby. in the preschool bathroom on a green table have a plastic bag and a 55 gallon trash bag. underneath the sink in the bathroom that has butterflies as decoration. 0165(3,a): licensor observed in the wooden playhouse outside a protruding nail located inside the house. 0165 (3,c): licensor observed a brown bucket that has a broken handle and can cause pinching. Licensor observed broken and loose parts from a toy in the outdoor area. 0165(3,d): licensor observed a fridge and freezer in the kitchen area where children have access and no means of direct supervision at all times. 0165(3,g): licensor observed various cubbies with flaking paint throughout the program.
