Observation

WAC 110-300-0260(1)(a): At the time of the site visit there were two pump containers of hand sanitizer sitting on shelves that were accessible to the children. The director moved the hand sanitizer to a higher area out of reach of children once it was brought to her attention. WAC 110-300-0260(5): At the time of the site visit there was a shampooer sitting in an area close to the back exit door that was accessible to the children at the time of the site visit.
