Observation

Need to ensure that kitchen has 3 step spray bottles and that classrooms has a set for the classroom and the restroom area. The freezer needs to be wiped out had food debris spilled in the freezer. Pre-K restroom requires deep cleaning of the floor and the toilets. Need to ensure in the preschool room that the restrom is checked as there was visible urine on the seat. Ensure that shelvings, CD players and other equipment are wiped down visible dust in area. Risk
