0165(2)(d) There was plastic wrapping on the window next to the second exit in the preschool room. At one point, one female child grabbed the torn plastic that was hanging from the window and placed her face into the plastic for several seconds. The staff were not aware until this licensor brought it up to them. 0165(3)(e) There is a an uneven walkway in the toddler area that is causing the children and staff to trip.
