0165(1) There is a crack in the preschool bathroom sink that is not in a safe working condition. 0165(3)(f) There are two white shelves in the preschool library area that are not securely anchored to the walll. In addition, a brown shelf, costume shelf, and the block shelf all need to be secured to the wall because they pose a tipping hazard
