During the monitoring visit, 3 staff members did not have current food handler permits, 5 staff have not completed their Basics training, 4 staff without Basics training have not completed Mandated Reporting training, 5 staff without Basics training have not completed Emergency Preparedness and Families experiencing Homelessness trainings. 1 staff member without Basics training has not taken medication management training and is required for their role.
