0165(2,c): licensor observed in the preschool room 2 classroom a cord in the cubby on the bottom shelf accessible to the children 0165(2,d): licensor osberved in the pre kindergarden bathroom underneath the sink plastic bags accesisble to children. 0165(3,c): licensor observed a kitchen sink toy in the toddler classroom with a broken faucent that is sharp when touched and accessible to children. 0165(3,f): licensor observed the following not secured to the wall: licensor observed a white wall cabinet in the toddler room not secured. a white unit in the preschool classroom not secured. in the preschool room 2 a white cabinet and a cuuby wall unit.
