Observation

Chipping paint and/or holes in sink counter tops were observed in classrooms. There was a restroom door frame in a classroom that was observed to have chipped paint and rust present. There was cabinets that were observed to have chipping paint and/or paint bubbled up on verge of peeling. A space where screws were present and possible holing a pictures were removed and holes were present. In one restroom there was two small chunks of substance that appeared to look like BM on a wall. The substance was on the wall by the step stools across from the toilets.
