WAC 110-300-0165(3)(f) Licensor observed 3 shelves that are a potential tipping hazard. 12 cubby shelf by window, 4 cubby shelf in corner and a white shelf by kitchen. WAC 110-300-0165(4)(e) Licensor observed water temperature to be 129 degrees on a DCYF provide thermometer. WAC 110-300-0165 (5)(b) Licensor observed the outlets by the sink not to be GFCI type.
