0165(2)(c) in the multipurpose room - 8 electrical cords; in the preschool room - 1 radio electrical cord; these cords were loose and capable of forming a loop around a child's neck and needs to be inaccessible to childcare children. 0165(3)(f) in the multipurpose room - 3 tall sheves are not secure; in the preschool room - 3 medium shelves are not secure; and these shelves are large objects that pose a risk of falling to childcare children. 0165(3)(g) in the multipurpose room has some chipping paint accessible to childcare children. 0165(5)(c) in the multipurpose room - a microwave has damage electrical cord has fully exposed wiring and it is accessible to childcare children.
