Observation

Licensor observed cord hanging from playground toys that can form a loop greater than 3.5 inches. Licensor observed plastic bags accessible on playground. Licensor observed cracked play structures, and bench on play ground that needs to be removed. Licensor observed uneven walk way from exit from slidder onto stairway pathway to left and also in play area, where ground cover is eroding and lifting under mulch, material and pieces of ground cover is lifting causing uneven surfaces or trip hazards. Licensor observed flaking paint on shelving, wood molding in childcare area. Licensor observed a drop zone off of patio deck that does not have supportive gating and no gaurdrails for stair area to prevent falling.
