Observation

Garbage bags stored in a cabinet under the children's sink in Big Rainbow. Washer/drier room door open. A large garbage bin full of water and no lid in the playground area. Wood beam in the play area had splintered edges, paint peeling off doors and fence in the playground. Hanging lights in the infant room plugged into an extension cord.
