0165(2)(c) The electrical cords behind the preschool light table and the fish tank cords are accessible and need to be covered or attached to the wall so they cannot form a loop. 0165(2)(d) There were accessible plastic bags in one of the preschool bathroom sink cabinets. 0165(3)(d) The door to the washer and dryer was not latched when Licensor arrived; Licensor then latched it and told director to remind staff to always latch it. 0165(3)(f) The preschool cubbies are not attached to the wall.
