Window blinds above the kitchen sink and next to the front door have cords accessible to children that pose as a strangulation hazard All outlets within 6ft of water including in the bathroom must be GFCI and TR, covered with a blank plate or if already GFCI cover with a tamper resistant plate. Push in outlet covers are not approved. All other outlets including the outlet on the kitchen island must be covered with a tamper resistant cover or blank plate. Outlet outside near sliding glass door doesn't have a cover and needs childproofing Mini fridge outside next to sliding glass door is an entrapment hazard Cubbies (2) near front door are tipping hazards and must be secured Large lamp in living room is a tipping hazard and must be secured Bifold closets in the kitchen are a pinching hazard and must be childproofed
