(immediate corrections made; removal of plastic bags). 01695 (5a) Licensor observed (2) outlets were not tamper-resistant (2) outlets above the sink area were not GFCI. 0165 (5g) Licensor observed phone chargers were left hanging above the sink used by staff and children.
