0260(1)(a) - Licensor observed sanitizing products labeled "keep out of reach of children" under the kitchen sink. Cabinet did not have a lock and there was not a gate between the dining area and the kitchen. Children entered the kitchen multiple times. 0260(2)(a)(b) - Licensor observed hallway storage cabinets to be accessible.
