Observation

At the time of the onsite Monitor Visit, the provider and her assistant were missing a current bloodborne pathogens training from the last 12 months. At the time of the onsite Monitor Visit, the assistant was missing a current First aid and CPR training in MERIT and in their staff file. At the time of the onsite Monitor Visit, the assistant was missing a current food worker card. The provider stated that the assistant will frequently prepare food while she is watching children.
