Observation

At the time of the onsite Monitor Visit, there were two air purifiers that had cords approximately 24" long, capable of forming a loop, and accessible to children in care. (Living room and Dining Room) At the time of the onsite Monitor Visit, there were plastic garbage bags stored in an unsecured cabinet under the bathroom sink that were accessible to children. At the time of the onsite Monitor Visit, the storage cubby in the living room for children's belongings was not secured from tipping over. (4 feet high) At the time of the onsite Monitor Visit, the bathroom outlet next to the sink was a GFCI outlet, but not tamper resistant.
