Observation

The provider's primary fire exit through the sliding glass doors at the rear of the home was observed blocked today by an infant swing and children's table and chairs. The East side of the main child care room does not have a four foot exit path. The provider has blocked this room by a shelf that allows approximately two feet of egress on each side, and a baby gate that leads to the kitchen,and the rear fire exit.
