Observation

The provider reports she requested a fire inspection this year. They declined. She did not complete the WSP FH Fire Inspection form on her own. The provider does not have smoke alarms in the smaller room with two cribs, and the larger child care room near the front of the house. Both of these rooms are used for sleeping.
