Observation

0165(2)(c): There were multiple cords accessible to children in all the licensed spaces. These were made inaccessible immediately. 0165(3)(a): Kitchen knives were accessible in a kitchen drawer and on the kitchen counter and older preschool children, who could reach the drawer and counter-top were in care today. The kitchen gates were not latched to prevent child access. After informing the provider the gate needed to be latched at all times, I observed it unlatched two more times.
