Observation

A provider who no longer works for the program was still listed as an Assistant Teacher in MERIT. S.D. began working as an Assistant after completing her high school education. However, she was still listed as a household member in MERIT. This information was updated prior to my departure. The provider and her assistant's staff records were completely unavailable for review. She reports they are stored upstairs in an unlicensed office. The only documentation available for review today was the licensee's current First Aid, CPR and BBP training which she had on the bulletin board in her licensed space.
