0106(10): Verification of annual BBP training, which is required by L&I was not available for review for S.D. and F.D. 0106(11): F.D. and S.D. do not have First Aid and CPR training. Both were working in ratio today. 0106(12): S.D. and S.T. do not have current Food worker cards. 0106(8): F.D. and S.D. do not have current Safe Sleep training and the program is licensed to serve infants.
