WAC 110-300-0106(12) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor oberved that the lead teacher J.C. who serves food to children has an expired food handlers card of January of 2024 in her file and on Merit. WAC 110-300-0106(3) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor obsereved that L.G. and B.W. who are Center Aids have not completed the Child Care Basics training. This licensor observed while onsite that L.G. was working in the Explorers classroom unsupervised wth children.
