Observation

At the time of arrival for a site visit the provider was not maintaining child/staff ratio, as there were five children in outdoor unlicensed space by themselves with no teacher within audio/visual range. Upon arrival for a site visit the provider was outside down in a valley (embankment) with three children and two goats while 5 children were up on the hill by themselves unattended and out of audio/visual range of the provider. The provider was not actively supervising five children who were playing outside in an open unlicensed space area while she was down an embankment area out of audio/visual range of those children.
