Observation

There are bags of plastic bags located in the bathroom bathtub area that are accessible to the children. There is a cracked/broken culvert that kids crawl though on the playground. There is a refrigerator/freezer located in the main entry room that is accessible to the children. The kitchen sink has a couple large areas and some small areas that are rusted.
