Observation

At the time of this inspection, licensor observed clorox disinfecting wipes stored in above the toilet in the bathroom, accessible to childen. Provider corrected on site by placing wipes in a locked cabinet under the sink. TA provided to explain that a department approved waiver is necessary to use alternative cleaning products.
