Observation

In kitchen, a pull cord blind was found accessible to the chilren in care (back toddler room) In toddler toom, A cord was found accessible to the children in care. IN the pre-school outdoor play area. A yellow rope was attached to the tree and was accessible to the children and could form a loop. The kitchen pantry was accesible and iside were multiple plastic store bags accessible to the children in care. Multiple storage cubes,( wood and plastic) wood dressers were missing being secured to the wall in the entire Center. In the kitchen, a chest freezer was missing beig latched and was accessible and was an entrampment danger. The outdoor play area has multiple peeling paint along the back side of the building.
