-0165 (3)(a): In the licensed outdoor space there is a patch of tall weeds with some of them having sharp, spiney like parts that could cause a cut or abrasian. -0165 (3)(g): On the ramp from the back porch to the playground, the top of the handrails on each side have areas of peeling paint.
